VCXO壓控晶振X1G005361001200適用于航空設備應用
壓控晶振用石英晶體作頻率控制元件,其振蕩頻率在工作溫度內是穩定的。當我們對VCXO壓控晶體振蕩器的進行調諧時,振蕩頻率會發生改變;但偏離標稱頻率的各個頻率值在工作溫度范圍內同樣是穩定的。必須注意,對于一個給定的頻率而言,頻率穩定度要求越高,要得到大范圍的牽引度就越困難。采用硅解決方案,不能獲得良好的頻率穩定度。這是因為硅存在顫動噪聲和相位噪聲所致。VCXO壓控晶振的采用了SMD晶振,頻率異常穩定,是目前最好的頻率控制器件。
